Drivers and passengers should wear their seat belts
Speed limit on the dry road should not be more than 60kmph
No arguments with the agent while doing drop/pick-up
Reckless and Rash driving is strictly prohibited.
Drivers should not report ill health or unfit for duty and doing double shift.
Drivers should insist security guard when a female employee is to be dropped last or Pick-up first and for long distance drops/pick-up male employee should be drop last or pick-up
first.
Drivers should not stop the vehicle midway or park especially when an employee is present.
In case of any accident drivers should informed immediately to Admin/Site supervisor

Planned to run a 24X7 helpdesk and a customer contact centre with people trained to manage emergency situations as well.
